My overall experience with training has been great. As I’ve met short term goals, Sarah has helped me focus on reaching my long term goals. I recently ran the Bloomsday Race in Spokane and cried when I saw the finish line…never in my wildest dreams! I feel that training helped get me into the condition I needed to be in, in order to run. I’m still a work in progress, but each session I have, I feel a little stronger.
